Before the screening Kier-La will  be at the Graveface Oddities Market, curated by Odd Savannah and the Graveface Museum, from 12-5pm (early bird entry at 11am) with copies of HOUSE OF PSYCHOTIC WOMEN as well as blu rays of her Severin Films documentary WOODLANDS DARK AND DAYS BEWITCHED: A HISTORY OF FOLK HORROR and the corresponding blu ray box set ALL THE HAUNTS BE OURS.

Terror Vision Presents: KIER-LA JANISSE introducing a screening of the Jane Arden radical classic THE OTHER SIDE OF THE UNDERNEATH (1972) Doors at 7PM $5 We will have light refreshments and popcorn ready for you! — Kier-La Janisse is bringing the new expanded edition of her incredible book House Of Psychotic Women to Lodge Of Sorrows. Taking place in our Graveface Oddities Market during the day with copies of the book as well as select movies from Severin Films. Released in 2012 and partially autobiographical, partially film analysis, House Of Psychotic Women is an incredible piece of work breaking down the neuroses of women in horror and exploitation cinema. We will be doing a screening of Jane Arden’s 1972 radical ‘The Other Side Of The Underneath’ which is one of the featured films in the expanded edition of House Of Psychotic Women, and one of the remastered movies being released by Severin Films for the book. The screening will have an introduction from Kier-La and a brief Q&A about the book.
